Customers are considered as the “king” in the retail field and are supposed to be treated well by the sellers or the staff. Making a customer feel dissatisfied is the last thing that the staff would do. This is because maintaining a solid customer base is essential to proceed with a retail business. But, is this always the thing? Are customers right all the time? How about the sellers? Aren’t they supposed to be treated well too by the customers? Sellers are human too who always focus on rendering a great service to you, the customers! So going beyond the line and treating them in a way that gets them hurt is not right!
You might probably already know that the customer isn’t always right if you’ve worked in retail. But since the rest should also get a proper idea regarding what this really is and to what extent they’re willing to go to meet their irrational requirements as customers, we ask you to read this Twitter thread.
